No separate class and no level to catch up on. You join a coached mixed-gender WOD, with movements, loads and volume adapted to your experience and how you feel that day.
Pull-up, push-up, box jump or weightlifting movement: the coach helps you choose a variation you can perform with sound technique.
The load written on the board is not an obligation. Your load depends on your technique, experience and how you feel that day.
Repetitions, distance or pace can change to preserve the purpose of the WOD without comparing yourself with the person next to you.
The useful rule: technique first, consistency next, then intensity. The board sets the framework and the coach helps you choose your version.
The coach explains the WOD, any skill work, the warm-up and the movements. This is when you mention a return to exercise, discomfort or concern.
You gradually warm up and practise the positions used in the session, with simple cues you can apply.
You work on technique or strength before intensity. A long WOD may not include a separate skill segment.
The group shares the same objective. Your variation, load and pace remain your own, with the coach there to adjust them.
