I'm a beginner. Is this for me?
Yes, 100%. Every WOD is adapted on the spot by the coach, whatever your level. A large part of our members had never done CrossFit before coming.
How does the free trial work?
You book a slot online, arrive 5–10 min early to change, a coach welcomes you and walks you through the WOD. You do the session with the group. 1 free session, no commitment.
What do I bring?
Clothes you're comfortable in, trainers, a water bottle and a towel. Showers, separate changing rooms and lockers on site (bring your own padlock).
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can freeze your membership in case of injury or a long hospital stay. Come talk to us about it.
And to cancel?
No-commitment plan: 1 month's notice to settle. 12-month commitment plan: cancellation at the term.
Is there a student rate?
Yes, –10€ on every plan (monthly or yearly, with or without commitment). And on drop-in: 15€ instead of 18€.
