The schedule is built to fit your rhythm: before work, on your lunch break, or on your way out.Pick your moment.

Morning
7am – 9:30am

Start strong. Before the office, after dropping the kids at school, or just to kick off the day right. Free access is open from 7am for anyone who wants to stretch or work a skill before the coach.

Lunch break
12:30pm

You step out of work, you do your WOD, you eat, you head back. Lunch classes include WOD + specialty of the day (except Wednesday, WOD only). Monday Gymnastics, Tuesday Hyrox, Thursday Weightlifting, Friday Conditioning.

After-work
4:15pm – 8:15pm

The peak of the day. 5 slots a day, this is when the community shows up the most. WOD classes on the hour, specialties at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm depending on the day.

Free access is included in every membership plan.No booking needed: you come in, you sign in at the front desk, you do your thing.

How it
works.

All bookings are made in the Deciplus app.Account creation in 2 minutes, then you can book, cancel, or join a waitlist directly in the app.

You create your account

On the Deciplus app. Free, 2 minutes. You enter your name, email, and you pick your plan if you're already a member with us.

You book your class

The month's slots open on the last Thursday at 11am, for the following 4 weeks: you get about thirty days to lock in your WOD. If the class is full, you join the waitlist and get an automatic notification as soon as a spot opens up.

You show up

5 to 10 minutes before the slot to get changed and warm up. The coach is waiting for you, walks you through the WOD of the day and scales it to your level if needed.

How do I book a class?
Once you're a member, you book your classes in the Deciplus app (2 minutes, free): you pick your slots directly. Not a member yet? Start by booking your free trial class with the 'Book my free trial' button at the top and bottom of the page.
When can I book my classes?
Bookings open by the month: on the last Thursday of each month at 11am, the following 4 weeks all become bookable at once. So you get about thirty days of visibility to plan your sessions ahead.
How far in advance can I cancel?
You can cancel or change your booking up to 1 hour before the class, directly in the Deciplus app. After that, call us directly at 07 67 47 20 24 so we can free up the spot for someone on the waitlist.
What if the class is full?
You can join the waitlist in the Deciplus app. If a spot opens up (another cancellation), you get an automatic notification.
Can I do a drop-in for a single class?
Yes. Drop-in at 18€ per session (15€ for students), payable before the class. You book it like a normal class in the Deciplus app.
Can the planning change?
Yes, we may adjust a class depending on public holidays, the season, or an event (Beach WOD, 24h WOD, MURPH). The up-to-date source is always the Deciplus app.
