As every year around Memorial Day, the box honors Lieutenant Michael Murphy with his hero WOD: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, then another 1 mile, all wearing a weight vest for those who want.Start in waves of 10 every 15 minutes, then a shared brunch all together (everyone brings a dish, +1s welcome).A community gathering as much as a physical challenge.
