Every summer we leave the box for a big Team WOD at Morlet beach, in the Grand Parc de Miribel-Jonage.An accessible team format, open to all levels and to athletes from other boxes.Hat, sunglasses and all-terrain shoes recommended.We follow up with a barbecue hosted by the box (meat, bread, sauces), everyone brings a starter and something to drink.It's the community highlight of the season.
